Independent by design.
The functions that protect investor assets sit with independent specialists, not with the investment team: custody, valuation and compliance oversight. Each appointment is deliberate.
Digital assets are held on an institutional custody platform in dedicated custodial wallets. They are never left on exchange and never held by the manager personally.
An independent fund administrator values portfolios and strikes net asset values monthly, separately from the investment team.
External compliance officers monitor the firm's conduct against FAIS and CASP obligations on a continuing basis.
Appointed legal counsel to the firm and its investment structures.
Client and fund monies are held in dedicated accounts, fully segregated from the firm's own operating accounts.
Fiat-to-crypto conversion is routed through established, vetted exchanges, with assets transferred into custody immediately after settlement.
Segregation
Investor deposits are received only into dedicated accounts, separate from the business, so client assets and firm assets are never co-mingled.
Onboarding
No investment is accepted before KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures are complete. The firm maintains a written compliance manual and a designated money laundering reporting officer.
Oversight
All three founders sit on the investment committee, hold personal capital in the strategies they manage, and carry director, professional indemnity and key person insurance.
